9 (a) Play Area
The work is being carried out by Wicksteed during the first week in April. Councillor M. Goddard Peperzak was inspecting the play area.
9 (2) Public Footpaths – maintenance
This to be arranged in the Spring.
7 (d) Finance and Governance Tool Kit – WAG
To be completed by the end of the financial year.
Training Plan Template
This to be completed by the end of the financial year.
9 (b) Broken Street light – Station Road
This had already been reported to Carmarthenshire County Council.

Requests had been received from Ysgol Gynradd Llangadog and Adran Llyn y Fan – these were discussed and it was agreed to give a donation of £100.00 each.

This has already been agreed and will be discussed next at our September meeting.
(b) Signing of quarterly financial statements and bank statements
Quarterly reports are prepared, bank statements and reports signed at the next face to face meeting.

9 (e) Dog Fouling – School lane
Dog Fouling on the School lane was a problem, the Clerk to obtain posters from Carmarthenshire County Council to remind everyone to place the “dog poo” in the bin.
