9 (a7) Village Speed Limit
Councillor B. Charles Davies had enquired if the speed limits at Tabor Hill could be reviewed as it continues to be 60 mph, also the main road passing The Feathers. A reply had been received from Carmarthenshire County Council stating that they are expecting the Welsh Government to issue revised guidance debates regarding the current and potential exemptions to the 20 mph limits should the guidance allow. The revised guidance is not in respect to the 20 mph legislation in general, but will be more specific locations and more particularly from local residents who wish to see exemptions where they live and not roads where people travel, such as travelling to and from work. They will ensure that this location is included within the above mentioned review process.
The road closure at Cwmerchon was discussed, this closure had been extended, there are many issues with this closure and lack of signage.
