Pot holes/Fly Tipping
This had been cleared.
9 (a13) Removal of school sign

9 (a14) Cutting grass on (a) T junction, Parcnewydd and (b) Bank of the boundary hedge (on the side of the road) to be cut back/Road erosion A40
Part of this work had been carried out, but due to budget restraints it would be quite some time before any further work would be completed.
9 (a16) Christmas Tree
The Clerk had ordered the tree with Hywel Lewis, and Councillor M. Goddard-Pepperzak agreed to liaise with Hywel regarding the delivery date.

Requests had been received from:

It was agreed to discuss donations at a later meeting.
(c) Budget 2025/2026 and Precept
This had already been discussed at the previous meeting and it was agreed to increase the Precept to £15,000.00. We did not have any reserves at the moment and the upkeep of the Play Area costs had increased.
(b) Signing of quarterly financial statements and bank statements
These would be prepared by the next meeting.
New Financial Regulations
These were discussed and accepted.

The amount for 2025/2026 was £11.10.

There had been a misunderstanding regarding the Poppy Wreaths.
